I was trying to improve at long jump today. I tried a bunch of different things: getting a longer run up, placing my feet in this position and that position, reaching out my legs, etc. But nothing worked!
I went on a few websites to see what they say would help. Apparently, there's a certain amount of strides that I have to take! I didn't know that! I have to take under 15 strides before I run. I guess that's to get the optimum speed at the right time. There also styles of landing! Say what now...?
Okay. I'm just going to read more websites. I'm going to learn more about this stuff. Maybe I'll switch out 200m for long jump... Hm... Sorry for the short post today and the lack of posts for the last few days.
