First test of the year.
I GOT A 100!!!
YAY!
Well, this post's going to be about grades.
I have a lot to say about them.
In short (because this would take A LOT of space if I gave a whole speech about it), they are useless. They don't tell you how smart you are. They don't determine whether or not you are trying in class or not. They're just numbers.
So, basically, I'm saying that my 100 means nothing.
Grades are, like, labels for people. Nerds, stupid, idiots, etc. Just, I hate labels. If you want to pass though, and get a good grade, you have to do your HW. And study hard. You also have to respect your teacher as well as possible. Who knows? Maybe they'll fail you because you are the troublemaker of the class. So just stay on their good side and suck up a little. Not too much, or else you'd be called the teacher's pet, and we don't want labels, so just a little.
And be an overachiever. I know it takes up time and effort, but when you have time and effort, put a little oomph into your projects. Make it an eye popper. Practice presenting it to yourself so you don't say any "um's" or "uh's." Your grade is entirely up to you and your teacher.
Happy learning! Don't fail!
